Still waiting on a head gasket so we can put the motor back together. Kind of funny we could get a push rod in a couple of days but the gaskets take a couple of weeks. So not much progress, just a drive train sitting in the corner ready to be assembled. Hope to have it together by the next post.
Since you are waiting on a part, this means more time with your wife. The jeep took priority today with my husband. Hope he is going to get something out of this thing when he completes it.
ReplyDeleteThings like that can be time consuming; but just think how you are going to feel when it is finished and you are driving down the road. Make sure you post a finished product.

Hey Mike...glad to see you have lots of creative energies still hanging in the balance. Even though I like to watch the restoring adventure of it all, I would never take on such a task. Simply because I never learned to do any of the mechanics. Have loads of fun and try to not jump too high.
ReplyDeleteIt has been sad to see this project come to a halt again. Hopefully the parts come in real soon.
